Chronic Pain is Complex problem that often affects a person’s mood, family relationships and ability to participate in work or recreation. Physician referral is the preferred method to obtain an initial appointment at our center. Your physician would have performed an initial evaluation and referred you to our facility to be evaluated and to see what type of pain management is best suited for you. Our goals are to help you manage and cope with chronic pain by offering best available current medical treatments in the field of pain medicine, so that you may become more functional in your daily activities

Dayton Pain Center offers a wide range of alternatives to chronic medications to control pain. We often use interventional pain procedures, physical therapy modalities along with chronic medications to control pain. We are specialized in arthritis pain and provide joint injections. For those patients with intractable pain despite conservative care, we offer placement and maintenance of permanent continuous drip intrathecal pumps. We offer home exercise programs and instruct patients in using the out patient TENS machine. When indicated, we refer patients to psychologists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, appropriate rehab services, acupuncture specialists for alternative treatment modalities
